Attribute Control:
If business wants to restrict / access attribute controls at child organization level, we can provide access by configuring “attribute control”
Create Item
Check any one of attribute, example “RMA INSPECTION REQUIRED” FLAG is enabled at master level.
When I was trying to disable “RMA Inspection Required” flag at specific organization it was grayed out and unable to make the changes.
To making changes on item attributes, ideally, we have controlling at “Master level” for most of the attributes.
By using Attribute control, we can control attributes either master level or child level.
Change the Controlled At “Org Level” then save the form
Now you can try to make the changes child organization level.
RMA Inspection Required flag is enabled at child org level. So, you can take an action either disable or enable at child organization level.
